What you should know before registering:

  • All crews must register online.
  • Payment of entry fee is required to secure registration.

  • Hawaiian Canoe Club teams: please contact the HCC office or [email protected] for payment information prior to registering.

  • Relay Crew: $600
  • Iron Crew: $700
  • Towing Options: $75 Maui – $50 Molokai

Once we reach our maximum of 90 crews we will close registration – NO EXCEPTIONS. Maximum of 25 Iron Crews.

Information needed for Crew Registration (you may modify these after registering):

  • Canoe Class (Unlimited/Hawaiian)
  • Crew Division (Male/Female/Mixed/Iron/Relay/Age)
  • Entry Fee ($600 for Relay Crews; $700 for Iron Crews)

Information NOT needed for Online Crew Registration (but due no later than Sun, 9/8/2019):

  • Crew Names
  • Canoe
  • Escort
  • Waivers

Crew Check In (mandatory): Friday, September 13, 11:00 am-3:00 pm at Maui Brewing Company Brew Pub at Kahana Gateway Plaza.  Food and drinks specials available. THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL, you MUST check in and submit outstanding paperwork. There is NO new Registration on this day, Registration must be previously done and paid online.

Coaches Meeting (mandatory): Friday, September 13, 5:30 pm (DT Fleming Beach Park -race start location). THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. All crews must have at least ONE steersman or coach present. Attendance is mandatory. If a crew is not represented, their entry will be forfeited without refund. BE THERE.
